The company is registered under Registrar of Companies (RoC-Mumbai) and is duly approved by the Government of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs as Nidhi Company under the companies Act, 2013.

As per MCA records Shreeji Vallabh Nidhi Limited (CIN. U65990MH2020PLN352104) is involved in activities such as Financial Intermediation (except insurance and pension). It is a non-banking finance company doing the business of landing and borrowing with its member or shareholder under the guideline of RBI.


What We Do

We, Shreeji Vallabh Nidhi Limited, accept deposits from our members / shareholders within the stipulated norms issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. The funds mobilized are utilized to a great extent for advancing Gold Loans, Property Loans and Business Loans. Thus, the funds are fully secured and therefore the investments with us are in safe hands.
